From December 9th to 11th, 2020, the interior ministers of the federal states met to decide: Can people be deported to Syria again soon? On the last day, activists of the #SyriaNotSafe campaign protested at the conference venue in Weimar and made it clear: Deportations to the torture state of Syria would also mean direct cooperation with Syria's brutal dictator Assad - but unfortunately the decision had already been made.
